As a creative and innovative young man, he has established the Vocational Technical Secondary School Dare Boetua, established in 2019, located in Mulo District, Mulo Village with the idea of youth from three (3) Mulo Districts , Mau-Chiga and Nunu-Mogue Hatobuilico Administrative Post, Ainaro Municipality who have finished their studies from universities, institutions in East Timor and abroad with a thought like this “I live because my country to raise me his country” through the transformation of education so as to help young people know more about the world of technology and help young people to reduce or reduce the costs of poor people's children from the economy, with this we which is a human resource that completed various academic courses with the initiative to establish this Vocational Technical Secondary Education to bring education closer to the poor and remote areas.
This vocational technical secondary education stands to respond to various needs that according to everyone's wishes to improve the quality of education, so a young country like Timor Leste now needs good education to improve the quality and productivity of human resources. According to the era of globalization as it is now and also want to make themselves from the needs and aspirations of Timor Leste in the future, and will bring implications to the differences in decisions that exist, especially for education transformation education must not 'o as well as the quality of human resources so that, can become a necessity for all services in the world and look at technological change and can also have the capacity to compete with other countries around the world.
